What is the DiVERSITY AND INCLUSION WORKSHOP?

The Diversity and Inclusion Workshop is a highly interactive course that utilizes several areas of the training manager competency model to assist you with building D&I initiatives that will go beyond surface level, reactive solutions and help you transform your organization’s culture to create proactive, lasting impact. Throughout this workshop, you will first learn how to earn buy in and serve as a change agent in your organization. You will then learn about the wide range of possible D&I options that can help support your workforce, as well as how assess these initiatives through measurable, objective metrics. Your learning will be solidified through a case study activity where you will work with other learning professionals on a hypothetical D&I initiative.

The program is $595.00, which covers all course materials and the cost of enrollment.

What will i receive when i complete this program?

Before the program, you will receive a student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook will provide resources as well as spaces to take notes during group activities.

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
