What is the STRATEGIC PLANNING Workshop?

The Strategic Planning Workshop is designed to help you strategically align the goals of your training organization with the goals of the business. In this program, you’ll learn the basic language of strategic planning, how to conduct analyses to inform your strategic plan and how to develop, implement and maintain your strategic plan. 

Founded in Training Industry’s Training Manager Competency Model™, this workshop is completed over four hours in a virtual instructor-led classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to discuss your own strategic plan and identify opportunities for improvement.

There are no prerequisites to register, making this workshop ideal for anyone seeking to further their learning and development career. 

What does the program cost?

The program is $695.00 USD, which covers all course materials and the cost of enrollment. Prices are listed in USD, but the course can be purchased in any currency. what will i receive when i complete this program?

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. You will also receive access to a toolkit of job aids designed to help you apply course concepts on the job. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a digital badge as a visual symbol of your achievement in completing the Strategic Planning Workshop. 

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?

Yes. When you complete this program, you will earn credit hours (CEUs) toward leading HR and training certifications.  

I have a meeting or other conflict that will prevent me from attending the full session. Is that OK?
