The Leading Leadership Development Certificate provides you with decision tools, job aids and discussion to help ensure that your leadership development efforts are preparing your organization’s leaders for their roles. In this program, you’ll learn about establishing and refining your leadership programs and demonstrating the value of leadership development.

Founded in Training Industry’s Training Manager Competency Model™, this certificate is earned over 12 hours spaced across three half-days in a live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) classroom setting. You’ll work with peers to discuss your own leadership development programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

We expanded the program to add an additional day to give participants an expanded section on evaluation and added a program plan assignment to prework that will be workshopped during the live session. Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. You will continue to have access to this digital resource after completing the course.
