Instead, it will cover the entire scope of development and delivery processes that a leader in a training team would need to know in order to ensure those processes are optimized for the most effective outcomes.
ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR COMPLETING THIS CERTIFICATE?
There are no prerequisites to register, making this certificate ideal for anyone seeking to better understand the processes required for effective training development and delivery. Because this is a foundational course, it is particularly relevant for those who are new to the corporate training field.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WHEN I COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including 13 job aids and templates as well as the student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook provides resources and space to take notes during group activities. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a digital badge verifying your achievement in completing this program and understanding of the key processes needed to develop and deliver effective corporate training programs.
DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
