According to the latest data, professionals with a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™) credential report higher average compensation levels than their peers: over $18K more than peers without certification and a $12K+ edge over L&D professionals holding other certifications. Additionally, CPTM alumni experience numerous other positive career outcomes after completing the program.
