Partner education efforts always start with good intentions but tend to grow stale. Partners are working across multiple vendors, balancing priorities and often lack the context and access that internal teams rely on. When learning is hard to navigate or disconnected from real work, partners fall back on surface-level knowledge, limiting how effectively they position and support your product.

A partner academy — a centralized learning experience that brings together onboarding, certification, product knowledge and ongoing development — provides structure and clarity, helping partners build confidence over time and apply what they learn in real customer situations. In this session, we will explore what that looks like in practice, including examples of how organizations are building partner academies that support their partner ecosystems.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Structure a partner academy around partner roles and responsibilities
  • Support onboarding, certification and ongoing development in one system
  • Design learning that fits into how partners work
