Onboarding remote workers that are geographically dispersed is a major challenge for the training industry. Successfully bringing on new hires has never been more important as company growth depends on how well employees understand the technical and cultural expectations of their roles.
There are two onboarding streams that are critical to a new employee’s success: technical onboarding to the role and cultural onboarding to the organization. This session will address the key aspects of both onboarding streams and the ways to build effective onboarding programs.
This interactive session will provide insights on the following topics:
- Key challenges of virtual onboarding
- Technical and cultural onboarding examples from Fortune 50 clients
