Elnaz Rezania is a research scientist at Multi-Health Systems, Inc. (MHS). Elnaz’s work at MHS includes leading the revision of PressTime® simulation, Customer Service Aptitude Profile™ and Pearman Personality Integrator®. She is an expert on all topics related to change leadership, personality and influence. She has a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore County and over seven years of experience in talent assessment, workforce development and performance management. During this time, she designed and administered promotional test and assessment centers for over 50 public safety departments and provided companies with consulting services to improve workforce performance. Ultimately, Elnaz is driven by her mission to help leaders and professionals uncover their potential, resulting in fulfilled employees and prospering businesses.
