The most vulnerable segments of the workforce were hit hardest by the pandemic, elevating a host of issues – ranging from inadequate healthcare and financial concerns to feelings of isolation and heightened anxiety – to the top of the leadership agenda.

During this talk, Conduent’s director of clinical consulting and well-being and director of benefits consulting services – Kate Hansum, RN, and Kathryn Teaster – will reveal the key ingredients of workplace wellness designed to drive employee engagement and measurable results during these uncertain times.
