Justin Mitchell, Creative Director, SweetRush
Justin Mitchell is a creative director at SweetRush, heading up the development of their new Spark initiative. Justin has worked in product design, development and marketing for some of the most exciting startups in the world and loves being on the ground floor of new technology. His experience on both the technical and design front makes him an invaluable asset as a bridge between the design and engineering teams.
Farrah Brown, Director of Global Learning and Talent Development, Hilton
Farrah Brown is the director of global learning and talent development for Hilton. In this role, she oversees the strategic direction of global learning for Focused Service Brands. Ms. Brown is also responsible for leading the Owners College, education for all franchise owner partners.

With more than 15 years of experience in the learning and development field and 10 years in the hospitality industry, Ms. Brown has successfully led a variety of initiatives. Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Brown led the learning strategy to support the launch of Hilton’s newest brand, Tru by Hilton as well as leading the learning strategy for owner education across the Hilton enterprise.
