Workshop Session | Wednesday, June 27 | 1:00 – 1:45 p.m.
Track: Content Development

Are you just starting to build your virtual class program? Do you offer virtual classes today, yet they aren’t meeting your performance goals? There are many challenges to a successful virtual class offering, such as learner engagement and application. Save yourself the headache of solving these challenges on your own! The L&D team at NCR team built a Virtual Certification Class program over seven years ago, experimenting with ideas big and small. Learn from real-life examples of successful experiments that turned into best practices, as well ideas that failed and subsequent lessons learned.

What will you learn?

  • Apply best practices to your own virtual class program
  • Avoid common mistakes with virtual classes
  • Learn tools that encourage experimentation with virtual classes
  • Share your own best (and worst) practices with others in this session
