Chris Durbetaki is a senior learning experience designer with Anthem, Inc. with more than 15 years of learning and development experience. She obtained her ID certification through the Center for Effective Performance, Inc. (CEP) in May 2007 and the Expert Course Manager Certification in August 2011. She was the recipient of the Anthem Learning Innovation Showcase 2017 People’s Choice Award and Amazing Innovation Award.
