John D. Richardson, Workforce Development Training Manager, National Aerospace Solutions,
LLC

John is the workforce development training manager for National Aerospace Solutions (NAS), LLC. He has a M.Ed. in training and leadership development. Prior employment included work as the senior training developer and chief instructor writer for the United States Army Chemical School.
Amanda Loch, Training Manager for Customer Operations, Olympus America, Inc.
Amanda is the training manager for customer operations at Olympus North America, Inc. She is responsible for the design and development of all learning materials as well as internal marketing and branding for the customer operations team. Amanda holds an MA from Perdue University, several other courseware and training certifications including the CPTM certification.
Kerry Troester, Director of Sales Leadership and Development, Lenovo
Kerry is the director of sales leadership and development at Lenovo and manages a team responsible for sales enablement and training. She is responsible for designing and delivering for over 800 sales representatives in North America. Kerry has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and holds the CPTM certification.
