Lance Sinclair, Vice President of Training, Direct Energy
Lance Sinclair is an executive in workplace learning and performance. He is experienced in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating “Best in Class” training and development programs focused on optimizing employee productivity and company strategic goals through a human performance improvement methodology. Delivery methods include instructor-led training, computer-based training, web-based training, job aids and virtual learning.
Lance Sinclair has over 17 years operational experience prior to moving to learning and performance. For the past 16 years he has trained thousands of individuals in the areas of communication, sales, customer service, management, finance and motivation.
In his current role, he has led a team to create an online LMS, which has over 5,000 active registrations completing an average of over 40,000 classes, courses and webinars each year; produced over 99 percent of all online content; launched a technical training program across multiple brands; and has established a Return on Learning program.
As vice president of training for Direct Energy’s Success Academy, his responsibilities include all training activity in North America for their branded franchises: One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating®, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, and Mister Sparky® Electric.
