Dr. Janet Lockhart-Jones is an international leadership consultant, executive coach, motivational speaker, and master-level workshop trainer and facilitator. Janet works with organizations across the globe to facilitate change initiatives, develop high potential and high performing talent, define the strategic initiatives of critical business teams, and design and implement leadership development programs. Janet’s work has crossed several industries, including healthcare, technology, finance and banking, aerospace, and energy. Janet brings her authentic self to client engagements – with high-level energy, unmatched passion, thought leadership and a keen focus on results.

In addition to over 25 years of professional experience and running her own consulting practice since 2003, Dr. Lockhart-Jones found time to obtain a doctorate in organizational leadership, master of science in human resources management and a bachelor of science in business administration. Other credentials include ICF certified coach, certified human resources strategist, certified project manager from Stanford University, certified DISC consultant, certified EIQ-2 consultant; she is also an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner. Dr. Lockhart’s future plans include launching a podcast series to help talent management, human resources leaders, and learning and development professionals prevent and cure ailments frequently experienced in leadership development initiatives.
