Ben Weber is the director of human resources and training at Vendor Resource Management. As part of his role, he oversees human resources and the development of training for a vendor network of over 15,000 vendors. Key areas of training include leadership development, communication and emotional intelligence.
Ben holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resource Management and is currently working on his dissertation toward a doctorate in leadership studies from Dallas Baptist University. Ben is a transformational neuroscience leadership coach, certified as brain health coach and certified in emotional intelligence.
