The Future of the Workforce

Thursday, March 26 | 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. EST

Many job roles are increasingly required to incorporate advanced technical skills. Data from the World Economic Forum states, “This trend in job postings shows that companies expect workers set to fill those job roles to have or quickly develop knowledge and skills around the technologies of the future.” Organizations report that they are still determining the future skill sets needed as processes shift due to digital transformation. How can companies adapt to prepare the future skills their companies may need?

In this session, Jacquelyn Adams, CEO of Ristole, and Jennifer Fong, education director at the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), will offer insights on keeping your company competitive in an ever-changing technological environment.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • Current trends in technical training.
  • Tools to reskill your workforce.
  • A comparative analysis of training platforms.
