|Mark Lewis, Sr. Director for Learning and Development, Delek
Mark Lewis joined Delek in April 2020 as the senior director for learning and development. As the head of learning and development, he provides the organization with highly effective and technologically advanced employee development, consulting and training to support the operating goals, mission, vision, values and strategic plan while enhancing overall organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Delek, he was head of learning and development for Marathon Petroleum Corporation’s transportation and rail organization, where he led the strategy and execution of learning and performance programs for over 2,100 employees. Mark is an Air Force veteran and served 24 years as a senior intelligence officer, retiring at the rank of lieutenant colonel.
Mark holds a Bachelor of General Studies in aviation administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Master of Science in management from Bellevue University.
