Matthew Becker is the coaching and mentoring manager for CareSource, a nonprofit managed care health plan headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. Matt has 20 years of experience in human resource development with a focus on leadership development, coaching and mentoring. With CareSource, Matt designed the Leadership Transition Coaching program, providing a coach to all new leaders to support the transition into their new roles. CareSource was awarded the 2014 Prism Award Honorable Mention by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Matt also co-leads the ICF’s Internal Coaching Community of Practice.
