He is the senior design and innovation consultant at Providence St. Joseph Health, where he has co-launched and architected learning experiences for multiple innovative learning platforms that incorporate cloud technologies, adaptive learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and more to over 120,000 workers. Beyond Providence, he’s also the editor of the Medium publication “The Future of Workplace Learning,” a podcaster on “The Future of Workplace Learning” and the author of six university accredited courses in technology-enabled teaching. |

Darci Hall, Chief Learning Officer, Providence St. Joseph Health Darci Hall has been working in the field of organizational development and workforce performance for 25 years for several Fortune 500 companies and has created over 20 programs in leadership, professional development and technical curriculum. She is the chief learning officer of Providence St. Joseph Health, where she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the learning experiences of over 120,000 employees. She ensures that the learner-centric solutions her team develops enable workforce excellence now and in the future through strategic delivery and implementation of innovative technologies and design. Previously as senior vice president of global learning services for Xerox, Darci developed and delivered high impact learning solutions for Xerox’s clients and its internal workforce through expanding their learning services via strategic acquisitions and global partnerships. She has presented at several conferences on digital learning and authored columns for Training Magazine and ATD. |
