Pax8 has expanded its sales onboarding program from two weeks to four weeks by introducing blended learning components. That additional investment on the front-end has resulted in faster ramp times once new hires hit the sales floor. Pax8 introduced more time for self-paced learning, role playing and shadowing – producing more confident sellers as a result.
Join us for this Training Industry L&D Insider Series session. Your presenters, Lynn Leadley, senior vice president of Pax8 University, and Craig Christenson, senior sales trainer and coach, will share the best ways to prepare new hires to be proficient and confident in their roles.
