When Sprinklr found itself in the midst of organizational crisis, it had to look internally to discern how it got there and what was necessary to ensure growth and increase retention. In the end, three focus areas for improvement were identified and are making all the difference: contributing to employee happiness, clearly aligning the goals of the organization and developing a learning mindset. Sprinklr’s employee retention is now best-in-class with high tech industry benchmarks, and it is now hitting and exceeding organization metrics every quarter. Join this session to find out how the talent development function contributed to the successful turnaround of Sprinklr and how you can influence this kind of cultural change in your organization.
