Thursday, June 18 | 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. E.T.

During this unique and engaging session, Dr. Lodge McCammon will give attendees an inside view of two of his recent training programs. The first was designed for Amazon and the second for Awty International School. Participants will explore these programs to discover useful, interactive strategies. Throughout the session, Lodge will model an interactive virtual training environment — challenging him to practice what he preaches. Be prepared to discuss, reflect and share!

At the end of this session, each participant will be able to:

  • Identify interactive strategies that can be used to engage trainees.
  • Explain how the featured interactive strategies can be modified and leveraged.
  • Create a plan for integrating at least one new interactive training strategy.
