Tiffany Poeppelman is the head of sales productivity across LinkedIn’s international offices. She drives operational excellence and a culture of learning for a diverse array of sales professionals. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Tiffany was an evaluation project manager within Google’s PeopleDev group. She is passionate about providing strategic solutions in a continuously evolving tech landscape, and serves as a trusted business leader and advisor by forging novel solutions with measurable impact. Tiffany is a board member for Women in Tech, a columnist for the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology’s (SIOP) quarterly TIP publication, and the Task Force Chair for the SIOP Content Initiative (SCi). She received her master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Northern Kentucky University, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University.
