Megan Garret is responsible for the evolution of Hershey’s Learning Ecosystem, as well as Hershey’s Global Onboarding and Leadership Essentials Programs. Megan is a seasoned learning professional with 17 years of experience designing, developing and delivering classroom, virtual and online training across North America, Mexico and AEMEA. Last year, Megan won the national LMS showdown with SuccessFactors for the “hack” of their LMS to support employee learning. She won a Gold Brandon Hall Excellence Award for a multi-faceted behavior-based career development program and was recently published in Don Taylor’s book, “Learning Technologies in the Workplace” for her LMS implementation work.
