Kelly Siegel leads the Talent Consulting and Resources team supporting two W.R. Berkley companies, Continental Western Group and Berkley Agribusiness. Over Kelly’s 25-year career in financial services, she has managed sales, operations and business functions across multiple lines of business. As she gained business strategy and leadership experience, she noticed one important trend developing: The projects and initiatives that included the people element from the beginning of planning and continued to focus on the people aspects of change in execution were the projects and initiatives that experienced the most success. This experience gave Kelly a deep appreciation of how impactful engagement and development of talent is to organizations. As such, Kelly turned her career to focus on strategic consulting and management of talent development, change management and company culture.
