Organizations rely on employees to display courage when completing job tasks and interacting with customers, team members and subordinates. Courage plays a pivotal role in ensuring company representatives accurately reflect organizational values, policies and procedures.
To address this need, Acclivus R3 Solutions and Training Industry, Inc. surveyed 212 companies in July 2014 with the goal of identifying the types of courageous behaviors that effective organizations reinforce in sales, customer service, and leadership training.
This report summarizes these results and highlights best practices for developing and reinforcing courage in the workplace.
