The cost of bringing employees together in a physical classroom has fostered an increasing reliance on instructional technology to deliver training. How are companies leveraging such technologies to bring the classroom experience to dispersed learners?
To explore this topic, MicroTek and Training Industry, Inc. surveyed 261 companies in late 2015 to explore organizations’ use of “next generation” virtual/hybrid classrooms to deliver instructor-led training. This report summarizes these results and explores the trends and challenges associated with the use of virtual classrooms.
