CAERPHILLY, Wales — April 23, 2020 — Apprenticeships and training group Educ8 Training has implemented remote onboarding solution, Credas, to allow the continuation of its services for learners.
The business provides apprenticeship programmes and training for employers across England and Wales in a variety of sectors, including leadership and management, digital marketing, hair and beauty and childcare, amongst many more.
It has integrated Credas’ identity verification technology to its onboarding process as a means of allowing employers and learners to sign up remotely and increase the security of customer data. With the implementation of Credas, Educ8 registrars can now verify their details and sign up anywhere and at a time that suits them, rather than in a traditional face to face manner. The registrar’s sensitive data and documents are then stored safely and securely in the Cloud.

Our traditional sign-up process has been reduced from an hour to around 10 minutes using Credas. The feedback from learners and employers has been unanimous in finding it easier and quicker to sign-up for programs such as the Welsh Government Apprenticeship scheme.”
Using Credas, Educ8 learners will complete their personal details as well as undergoing a Right to Work check, while employers will complete company details, plus a Health and Safety appraisal.
Credas has also built a bespoke set of question sets that capture details around specific skills and qualifications for learners. Once the due diligence is complete, the platform allows Educ8 to generate a Learner Start Pack – an agreement sent to all parties to be e-signed ready for training to commence.
