RALEIGH, N.C. — Aug. 13, 2020 — Training Industry, Inc., is excited to announce the launch of its new Agile Certification for HR and L&D in partnership with SoftEd. This International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile)-accredited certification program is designed to help human resources (HR) and learning and development (L&D) professionals position their organizations for success through agile methodologies and practices.
“Today’s business climate is more uncertain than ever. To remain competitive, learning leaders and their organizations need to embrace agile methodologies and ways of thinking,” says Amy DuVernet, Ph.D., CPTM, director of training manager development at Training Industry. “This certification is meant for any HR or L&D leader looking to lead their organization through the current crisis and whatever comes next.”
This addition to Training Industry’s suite of professional development programs for training managers is a perfect complement to the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™) program. In addition to equipping learning leaders with the tools they need to drive organizational change, this certification confers the ICP-AHR certification from ICAgile.
“Companies today must operate at the speed of change,” says David Mantica, vice president and general manager at SoftEd. “The Agile Certification for HR and L&D offers actionable insights that, when applied, will position your organization for success long after the pandemic.”
The first session will be held Sept. 16 through Sept. 18 from 12 to 5 p.m. ET. Interested HR and L&D professionals may click here to register or contact Marisa Shapiro, director of professional development at Training Industry, Inc., for more information.
