Saratoga Springs, UT – September 9, 2019 – Ricelli Mordecai is an author, personal development and marketing expert with more than 20 years of professional experience. She has launched her customized personal development training services to go nationwide. Mordecai will cover activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life, and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. During her seminars and workshops, Mordecai primarily utilizes her book, What Dog Am I? available on Kindle and amazon.com, and in print.
According to Mordecai, the aim of personal and professional development is to help individuals manage learning and growth throughout their careers and in everyday life. “It is important to learn and develop to keep one’s skills and knowledge up to date and to ensure work continuation safely, legally and effectively,” she said.
Mordecai specializes in helping course attendees learn there isn’t a right or a wrong answer or measurement which is based on highly individualized cultural values and beliefs. “For example, during an exercise of personal development, we try to understand about ourselves as a ‘whole’, how do we form relationships with others in the external world, what are our interests and what activities do we participate in and find pleasure,” said Mordecai. “However, at the same time, we also understand self-beliefs, other cultural practices and our internal value system that we uphold as we grow and evolve with self-awareness exercises,” she said. “Once we understand ourselves, we try to inherently compare with others, find the areas we lack, and look at ways to develop them.”
Also, Mordecai guides attendees to understand that personality is the sum total of a person’s qualities, both desirable and undesirable in nature. “We will learn what we are made of and also the impact we make on other people through appearance, behaviors, intelligence, education, morals and character, among others,” she said. “The efforts aim at understanding ourselves and others working with What Dog Am I? is a practical, detailed, fun and caring guide to assessing and understanding personalities and personal development.” Her seminars run from two hours to all day programs and are tailored to large and small groups with interactive marketing and sales techniques while identifying human traits and personalities types by dog breeds such as Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, St. Bernard and Labrador. The book and teaching guide is 71 pages. For more information, visit the website at www.ricellimordecai.com.
Mordecai’s website supports the seminars, workshops and books along with methods to teach people how to identify what motivates them and what fuels them. “Once we know what truly motivates and drives us, we can then identify the right fuel and communications techniques to effectively work with others. This is when we become better spouses, parents, coworkers and human beings in a society which is losing touch with personal human interactions,“ she said.
As a corporate and business trainer, presenter, and motivational speaker, Mordecai serves as the Director of Sales Training for a company that specializes in the insurance industry. In this role, she utilizes the research and development of her book and its curriculum with hundreds of restoration professionals and franchise business owners in the U.S. and Canada.
As the oldest child in her family, she grew up in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mordecai started her marketing and sales career at the age of 10 while selling pottery she had bought with allowance money and perfume samples from a family friend in retail. “I learned early on about performance, sales and entrepreneurship and knew this was something very natural for me,” Mordecai said. “Now with an established career and consulting business, it was the right time to share the knowledge to help individuals and business owners create and develop marketing systems to grow their teams and attain greater business awareness and success.”
Mordecai also serves as a professional presenter for small- and large-scale events. She was recently selected to emcee the annual awards event for Paul Davis Restoration Inc. with more than 700 office owners and honorees in Amelia Island, Fla.
