Denver – January 24, 2019 – Borderless Learning announced a new cloud software platform, LearnPlan, to help companies get the most out of their investment in people and training. With functionality that ties job roles to long-term learning plans, LearnPlan bridges the widening gap between HR and training.

Companies are struggling with the drop in employee retention, which has been widely reported at three years or less for new employees joining the workforce. Career training and development are cited by employees among the top incentives to stay with an employer. The missing piece has been communicating a continuing education plan to those employees so that they will stay.

U.S. companies invested more than $85 billion in training last year. LearnPlan provides companies with analytics that show how many employees they engaged with training and other activities, as well as providing insight into the knowledge base available within their employee pool.
