This feature, which is available to both users and administrators who utilize Slack, is an interactive search tool that puts the most meaningful content right at their fingertips. The tool lets the user find courses, locate their course requirements, find course completion due dates, and find what 4tify your Learning™ quizzes they need to take. The bot is also capable of natural language processing, allowing for users to communicate naturally with the bot.

“This feature takes learning outside of the LMS to meet learners where they are,” says Tom Lynch, Chief Technology Officer at ej4, “and this AI feature comes at no extra charge to our clients.” Additionally, as with any new feature launch, users will have the added benefit of personalized support from their Learning Consultant.
