Rochester, NY – July 18, 2018 – CypherWorx, Inc., a leading provider of content solutions for organizations in the public, nonprofit, and small business sectors, has added four new features to its Learning Content Management System (LCMS).

The CypherWorx Accelerate feature allows CypherWorx to securely deploy training content on the client’s own Learning Management System (LMS). Accelerate allows clients to control distribution of their content, and decide where their content is hosted. Direct delivery of training content to a client’s LMS provides a cost-saving alternative to hosting content outside the organization.

The Assessments feature allows clients to uncover learning needs and gaps, and then use those results to develop individualized training plans for each learner within their organization. Through questions organized around a set of core competencies, assessments can help organizations determine if a potential new employee is the right fit, identify knowledge gaps for existing employees, standardize and simplify performance reviews, conduct surveys and more.

Learning Paths allow clients to organize a sequence of specific steps for completion by their learners, for targeted professional development. Paths can contain courses, events, discussions, and resources. The guidance provided by Learning Paths can be helpful for the new employee onboarding process, when employees are working towards a promotion or certification, or when learners need to gain expertise in a specialized subject area.

CypherWorx has also deployed enhancements to its popular Events feature. Administrators can now change event visibility at any time, add and remove attendees as needed, and filter attendees based on Reporting Groups. After-event reporting has also been improved.
