PLAINSBORO, NJ, Oct. 29, 2014 – Compunnel Software Group, Inc., a leading business technology services company, and parent company of InfoPro Learning, announced its acquisition of Challenge Training & Consulting, Inc., a premiere learning services, staff augmentation and consulting company with a 20-year history of providing innovative learning, human capital and staffing solutions globally.
The financial terms associated with the acquisition were not disclosed.
InfoPro Learning, Compunnel’s learning division, will expand its client base while further diversifying its portfolio of Learning & Development consulting capabilities. Additionally, Compunnel’s staffing division will add additional contingent workforce placements to its extensive portfolio of clients.
