Seattle – November 28, 2018 – Fierce Conversations, a training company that teaches clients how to have highly effective conversations, today announced Stacey Engle has been named President of the organization. Engle will provide overall leadership across all departments in her new role, including strategic direction for the company. As Fierce continues to grow, she will play a critical role in creating, communicating and implementing the organization’s mission.

Prior to her new role, Engle was Executive Vice President of sales and marketing, contributing substantially to a 45 percent increase in revenue over the past three years. Engle has also been instrumental in securing key recognitions for the company, including its inclusion in the Inc. 500|5000 eight times, TrainingIndustry.com’s “Companies to Watch” list twice, and numerous awards for top companies to work for in the state of Washington.
In addition to her work at Fierce, Engle is passionate about community work, serving on boards and offering pro-bono work with the University of Washington, various arts organizations, and community initiatives. She was previously awarded the Outstanding Alumni Mentor Award from the University of Washington with her role in founding a professional development board that connects students with transformational experiences from workshops to global opportunities.
