The ITIL 4 Foundation syllabus is released and available to study now, with subsequent parts being released in H2. One of the most important parts will be the ‘Managing Professional (MP) Transition’ module, a syllabus and exam that will allow ITIL V3 Experts to transition over to ITIL 4 without having to start from scratch. Because of this, those currently studying ITIL V3 at Intermediate level are advised to continue until they earn their Expert certifications.
