MAKATI CITY, Philippines — Oct. 29, 2026 — APEX Global, the learning arm of ECCI, today announced a strategic partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to bring the Data Center Masterclass (DCMC), a certification boot camp, to professionals in the Philippines.

Founded in 1895, CII is one of India’s most influential industry bodies. A nongovernmental, industry-led organization, it works closely with government and business to shape policy and drive competitiveness. Its membership spans thousands of leading private and public sector companies and, through its sector associations, extends to several hundred thousand enterprises nationwide. Its Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) is a recognized authority on sustainable infrastructure.

“As demand for data centre infrastructure accelerates, developing industry-ready talent is critical. Through our partnership with CII, we aim to equip professionals in the Philippines with end-to-end expertise in critical infrastructure, electrical and HVAC systems, ICT, and facility operations. Led by faculty with over 25 years of industry experience, the programme will strengthen participants’ technical capabilities, systems-level understanding, and operational decision-making,” said Shuba Karthik, business unit head at APEX Global Learning.

The masterclass is open to professionals in data centers, HVAC, electrical, ICT and BMS, MEP, IT/ITES and consulting. Participants who pass the proctored online exam are awarded the DCMC certification.
