Hong Kong and Brunei Darussalam – November 14, 2018 – Royal Brunei Airlines has launched an eLearning strategy supported by learning technology and content solutions provided by Peak Pacific. Peak Pacific has implemented a SaaS enterprise learning management system (LMS) to enable Royal Brunei to manage, track, report, analyse, and audit online learning programs across the organisation.
Royal Brunei Airlines Chief People & Performance Officer, Kurt Harding, said, “We recently unveiled a bold and aggressive strategy to raise our company’s status as a world-class player in the industry, a key element of which is by investing in the learning and development of our more than 1,650 employees.”
To get things started, the LMS platform will host a new corporate governance training module, which has been jointly developed with the Peak Pacific production team in partnership with Royal Brunei’s subject matter experts and stakeholders.
