She holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Professional in Training Management.

As a trained cultural anthropologist, Neha brings global awareness and knowledge to support the development of inclusive spaces for learning among remote and diverse audiences by collaborating with her stakeholders through performance consulting and providing thought partnership for learning strategy.She regularly publishes learning and development (L&D) focused articles and is more recently a keynote speaker. She was the recipient of Training Industry’s 2022 Editor’s Award for her article, “Learning and Development, Reimagined in a Post-COVID World: Challenges and Opportunities.”

In particular, he works directly with the executive team on strategic planning and succession planning initiatives and the execution of those programs throughout the association. In his 20+ years of work in training and development, he has helped leaders and employees understand the value of creating collaborative teams focused on winning. He is valued for helping teams think strategically and engage in meaningful conversations that allow for reflection and inquiry that lead to progress and innovation. He is passionate about helping leaders and managers discover their true leadership values and voice so their impact can be felt in the workplace.
