Decentralized Training Organization

The Decentralized Training Organization is an Organizational Design (OD) model that describes how the training function is structured inside an enterprise. Contrary to the Centralized Model, the Decentralized Model refers to companies that have multiple training functions or organizations for various lines of business. In a decentralized training organization, the company has separate training departments for IT, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, etc. If there are different leaders for each training department inside the enterprise, this typically suggests a decentralized training organization.
