What is the DESIGN THINKING Workshop?

The Design Thinking Workshop is intended to give you a thorough understanding of the process and framework behind design thinking. This program uses case studies and group exercises to ensure that you leave with the tools necessary to use design thinking to tackle complex problems in your organization now and in the future.

This workshop is completed over four hours in a virtual instructor-led classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to discuss complex organizational problems of your own and identify innovative solutions to solve them with design thinking.

What will i receive when i complete this program?

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook will provide resources as well as space to take notes during group activities. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a digital badge as a visual symbol of your achievement in completing the Design Thinking Workshop.

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
