What is the DESIGN THINKING Workshop?

The Design Thinking Workshop is intended to give you a thorough understanding of the process behind design thinking and how it applies in a training and development context. This program makes use of case studies and group exercises to ensure that you leave with the tools necessary to use the design thinking process to tackle complex learning and development (L&D) problems in your organization both now and in the future.

This workshop is completed over four hours in a virtual instructor-led classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to discuss your own complex organizational problems and identify innovative L&D solutions through design thinking.

The program is $595.00, which covers all course materials and the cost of enrollment.

What will i receive when i complete this program?

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook will provide resources as well as space to take notes during group activities. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a digital badge verifying your achievement in completing this program and understanding of how to use the design thinking process in training and development.

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
