One of the strongest learning objectives was the focus on mapping job roles, audiences, skills, and cross-functional team alignment. Chris Hanes is highly knowledgeable and clearly knows the topic well. He encouraged learners to share their own experiences, thus making the content feel much more relevant to real business situations. The resources and tools were also easy to use and could be applied directly to our organization. These materials can be used to assess skills, define measurable outcomes, and create more targeted training that aligns with the business needs. Because of this course, I’m better equipped to create an AI skills framework, build a clearer roadmap for future AI initiatives, and make sure effective change management practices are in place to support adoption and help employees feel more confident using AI in their work. | 5/18/2026 |
