The “learner experience” has become a bit of an industry buzzword, coming to us from the software development industry’s concept of the user experience, or UX. But what does it really mean to provide a good learner experience?

And not just what does it mean, but then how do we go about creating a good learner experience, and how do we know what’s good?  To dig into this topic, we talked to Sam Herring, vice president and general manager of Intrepid by VitalSource, and Dr. Tom Tonkin, principal of thought leadership and advisory services at Cornerstone OnDemand.
