AUSTIN, Texas — Nov. 3, 2026 — Schoox, the Intelligent Learning & Growth Platform for frontline enterprises, today announced an extension to its award-winning learning solutions: an intelligence dashboard that identifies capability gaps from the questions employees ask during work and calculates a dollar value for each. Schoox also added agentic capabilities to its Learning-In-Action Assistant (LINA) for administrators and introduced FlexCourses, which builds a course that can be delivered in multiple formats and languages. Together with the award-winning Learning Impact Suite, introduced in November 2025, the additions form a continuous loop connecting frontline questions, training and business results.
Learning leaders face four questions from their leadership team. Which skills matter to the business? Which training will improve business results? Did it work? If not, what happens next?
“Completion reports tell you who finished a course. The questions employees ask on the job reveal what capabilities the business is missing,” said Lefteris Ntouanoglou, Ph.D., founder and CEO of Schoox. “We start with the business goal, forecast the expected return before a program launches, and find or build the training to support it. Every cycle sharpens the next forecast.”
How the Loop Works
- Set the goal: You name your business objective, and Schoox generates role-level KPIs that must improve and forecasts the expected return before launch.
- Build the training: Schoox generates training plans for the company, role and objective. It draws on external resources, the company’s own content, a Content Marketplace or a combination. Schoox analyzes existing courses for efficacy, and learning leaders can replace any or all existing courses to close training gaps.
- Answer questions at work: LINA answers employee questions in the flow of work from company content and links each answer to its source.
- Identify gaps: The dashboard will group those questions into topics, tie each topic to a gap and show the roles and locations affected.
- Accelerate improvement: The dashboard will price each gap and recommend a corrective action. The learning team approves each change before it reaches employees.
What the Dashboard Does for Learning Teams
Puts a dollar figure on every gap. Using the Learning Impact Suite’s economic model of each role, the dashboard will price each gap against the business metrics it improves. Each figure will carry an on-screen audit trail, so learning leaders can prioritize the most impactful work.
Examines the system to recommend the right resolution. Moving beyond learning, the dashboard reveals learning, process and system barriers with a recommended response and generates an adapted training plan or reinforcement. When the cause is a process or systems problem, the dashboard will route the issue away from learning.
Improves content you already have. When a content quality gap is surfaced, the document audit will read a file end to end, grade it against the questions employees actually ask and draft the proposed rewrite.
Flags emerging skills early. Skills the workforce is starting to ask about will be detected and risk-scored, so teams can act before a local issue becomes a chain-wide gap.
Calibrates the next prediction from results. After a change goes live, the dashboard will measure whether it worked and sharpen the next forecast.
Learning-In-Action Assistant (LINA) Helps Administrators Manage the System
LINA was introduced in 2025 to answer employees’ on-the-job questions from the company’s own content. Now, agents can complete actions on behalf of administrators: retrieve learner data and write, update and launch training through a single experience. Administrators direct every action, and permissions follow each user’s role. Additional administrative and analytical functions are also available for the Schoox Learning Impact Suite.
Learning Leaders Stay in Control
At each stage, Schoox shows its output, sources and reasoning, so teams can edit, enhance or discard it. Learning teams approve every recommended change before it reaches employees. Customer data is not used to train external models or shared across customers, and employee question data is surfaced in aggregate by job role to protect individual privacy.
FlexCourses: Build Once, Deliver in Many Formats
An administrator builds a course once and approves its structure before any content is generated. FlexCourses delivers it as an article, video, podcast-style audio or microlearning cards. Edits sync across each format and language, so learning teams maintain one course instead of many. Schoox flags which translations need an update when the source changes.
See It at DevLearn 2026
Schoox will demonstrate these capabilities at DevLearn 2026 on Nov. 4-5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Visit Booth 303 or schedule a personalized demo.
