PARIS — Oct. 19, 2026 — Beekast, the digital training platform and saas.group company, has launched Pollen Create, an AI training assistant that turns a brief, document or slide deck into a complete interactive training session in under a minute.
Available within Beekast since September, Pollen Create generates activities, suggested timings and a session structure that trainers can adapt and deliver. It draws on Beekast’s full activity library, which is used by almost 23,000 trainers and 1,500 organizations including OPPBTP, APEC and Orange, making use of polls, word clouds, collaborative boards, rankings, surveys, challenges and prioritization grids.
The launch comes as analysis of Beekast’s own platform data reveals how heavily training relies on quizzes. Across 376,638 activities built by trainers between July 1, 2025, and Sept. 16, 2026, 41.6% were quizzes. In compliance training, that proportion rose to 72.6%, compared with 25.3% in workshops.
Beekast believes this reliance reflects the pressure on trainers to produce sessions quickly: Quizzes are straightforward to build, generate a score and can be reused across groups. Pollen Create is designed to make a broader range of interactive activities equally accessible, giving trainers more time to focus on participants.
Trainers can use Pollen Create to build sessions from a learning objective, a short brief or existing materials, then edit the content, reorder activities and adjust timings before delivery. The assistant prepares the session while the trainer retains control of how it is run.
Beekast was acquired by saas.group in May 2023. The group, which acquires and grows independent software businesses, has provided Beekast with central expertise and support on strategy and growth while preserving its independence. Pollen Create marks the next stage of Beekast’s product development, bringing AI into the preparation of the meetings and training sessions its customers already run.
“AI can help trainers produce more content, but more content doesn’t necessarily make better training. Our data shows how easily a session can become a series of tests: nearly four in ten activities built by trainers are quizzes, rising to nearly three in four in compliance training. Assessment matters, but it shouldn’t become the whole experience simply because they are the quickest thing to prepare,” said Boris Leconte, CEO of Beekast.
“Pollen Create helps trainers build sessions that give people opportunities to discuss, practise and make decisions. It makes a wider range of activities easier to build, giving trainers more choice about how they teach, and more time to spend with the people in the room. That’s where their expertise matters most.”
“Beekast has built its success on helping people run more interactive meetings and training sessions. Pollen Create takes that further, reducing preparation time so trainers can focus on the people they’re teaching. Since Beekast joined saas.group, our role has been to support its team and product development while preserving what customers value about the company. This launch is a strong example of this founder-friendly approach in practice,” said Tim Schumacher, co-founder of saas.group.
Pollen Create is available now within Beekast. Further information is available at www.beekast.com/pollen-create/.
