Stephanie Holm, Director, Digital Learning & Instructional Design, Monogram Health Stephanie Holm is director of digital training at Monogram Health, a multispecialty, in-home, value-based care provider serving patients with complex chronic conditions across cardiology, pulmonary, endocrine, palliative and behavioral health. She leads digital learning for a distributed, field-based clinical workforce of nurse practitioners, physicians and nurses, and is applying AI to speed up how training is designed, built and delivered. Stephanie brings 20+ years of experience in learning and development. Before Monogram, she designed and managed training programs in banking and healthcare, taught in public education and served as an adjunct instructor at a private university. That range gives her a practical view of how adults learn in very different settings and a focus on building learning experiences that change how people actually work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in education from the University of Phoenix.
