Learners today ask for two things from training: less pre-work before a live session and practice they can show their manager. When a longtime client of Harvard Business Impact (HBI) said its leaders would no longer read a 40-page case study but still wanted everything the case teaches, tied to their own business, HBI turned to artificial intelligence (AI) coaching with Creatium and transformed training into interactive, personalized, practice that sticks.

In this webinar, Jody Gross at HBI will be joined by Maria Walley, co-founder of Creatium, and partnerships manager, Maddy Solomon. HBI worked with Creatium to turn Harvard Business Review cases into a conversational AI coach that gives leaders feedback and helps them plan for difficult interactions. Attendees will see how a case becomes a coach as Jody, Maria and Maddy build one live from a sample training asset, moving from knowledge transfer to reflection on the learner’s own business to a coached conversation. They will also share how HBI’s sales team rehearses C-suite meetings with AI coaching and close with four questions to ask any AI coaching vendor.

Key Takeaways:

  • Turn one training asset you already own into an AI coach with no pre-reading using HBI’s sequence.
  • Replace knowledge checks with a reflection-and-practice step that adapts to each learner’s experience.
  • Ask four questions to evaluate AI coaching vendors: from learner data and reporting to session transparency and accuracy.
  • Build an AI coach for a conversation your team dreads, and what to expect before and after the real one.
