Saroya Porche5 out of 5The Agile Certification for HR and L&D course wasn’t just another training; it was an engaging, interactive experience applying Agile principles specifically within the HR and Learning & Development space. The course structure encouraged real-time collaboration, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on exercises that made the learning worth wild.
I especially appreciated the interactive elements with breakout sessions which helped bring Agile concepts to life in a way that felt directly applicable to my day-to-day work. It’s one thing to learn theory; it’s another to practice methods with a like-minded community of professionals.
Big thank you to the facilitator and participants who made the experience so enriching. If you’re in HR or L&D and looking to drive flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement, I highly recommend exploring Agile in your function.

Ramon Mislang5 out of 5We learned a lot about HR/L&D content and approaches to best practices. The 3-day consecutive workshop was valuable for exposure to the L&D world and what areas to explore further. I look forward to learning more about LD in future programs.12/10/2024
Nicol Manzanares5 out of 5I truly enjoyed the content and the whole experience, from Bonnie’s wonderful facilitation to exchanging perspectives with others in the course. The dual context of the certification was initially the most intriguing thing about the offering. However, I signed up with a little hesitation about whether I’d learn highly applicable strategies for my org (a fairly small non-profit consultancy). I’m thrilled to share that I came away with several great tactics that I’m excited to deploy in my hybrid role as an HR and training manager. Thank you!8/16/2024
Lauren Olson5 out of 5This course was exactly what I was looking for to help make the shift from a waterfall to a more agile approach for training development. The instructor, Bonnie, was fantastic and very knowledgable – pivoting to cover specific questions as they popped up and providing thoughtful feedback for us during our discussions and group activities.3/4/2024
Chris Cheung4 out of 5I really enjoyed this course and found the information I learned incredibly helpful. As someone with very little knowledge of and exposure to Agile prior to taking this course, I learned a lot about how the Agile methodology works and how it can be applied to my role in HR and L&D. This course provided a great introduction into the world of Agile, and working with peers from different industries and companies was really helpful in discussing course topics as well as brainstorming ideas for how to improve our own existing processes and practices.3/1/2024
Erin Goldman5 out of 5I recently completed Training Industry’s Agile for HR and L&D certification, and I not only enjoyed the experience but also took away tons of practical applications for my work. Our instructor, Kelley, was a talented facilitator who kept us engaged in the virtual classroom and effectively guided us through a comprehensive curriculum. The course covered a number of useful frameworks and tools with interactive exercises, and I loved the focus on real world experiences shared by our instructor and my fellow learners to drive the concepts home. I highly recommend this course for anyone new to the agile mindset and for those familiar with the concepts but want to understand practical ways to implement it on the job with success.4/26/2023
Kenneth Baucum, CPTM5 out of 5This is a great course for anyone new to Agile who wants to apply agile principles to the world of HR and L&D. If you already have a background in Agile from the software development world, you’ll be bored for about 5 minutes of the class, and then you’ll get super excited once you get to digging into what it means for HR and L&D. Filled with practical examples and face-to-face virtual learning, this class is a must for the modern learning leader.4/26/2023
Daryl Chesley5 out of 5Excellent curriculum and expertly delivered – this course allows you to immediately apply what you’ve learned into your work place.4/26/2023
