I enjoyed the flow of the course and felt the agenda was nicely structured and planned well. This is a great course for various audiences as it covers leadership development in many levels. I enjoyed the small class size as we were all able to interact and have the opportunity to digest the content appropriately. The only suggestion I would give would perhaps extend the course to three days. There is just so much content to cover I feel like even if the course was for an entire week we would still not have enough time!
